Wind warnings prevent two-way ops, causing 3.5-mile eastbound delays.
Sustained winds between 30 and 39 mph prompted warnings throughout the day and prevented two-way traffic operations from running. Eastbound delays peaked at 29 minutes as queues stretched 3.5 miles back to Exit 29A (Buschs Frontage Road) during the afternoon commute. Backups started around 2:59 PM from Exit 32 before clearing completely by 7:18 PM.
