Morning eastbound traffic saw minor 1.5-mile delays to Exit 31 between 9:22 AM and 12:07 PM under a three-lane eastbound and two-lane westbound configuration. Conditions worsened during the afternoon rush when westbound travel times spiked to 32 minutes with a 4-mile backup extending to Exit 48 (South Piney Creek Road).
