The Bay Bridge saw light conditions for most of Thursday aside from brief midday congestion. Eastbound delays peaked around 11:37 AM with a 2.5-mile backup stretching to Exit 30, increasing peak travel times to 17 minutes before clearing by 12:07 PM. Two-way operations ran smoothly with three eastbound lanes and two westbound lanes throughout the afternoon, though unrelated eastbound delays formed near Exit 27 approaching the Severn River Bridge between 5:07 PM and 6:07 PM.
