Traffic flowed smoothly all day despite scheduled overnight eastbound closures.
Traffic moved smoothly across the Bay Bridge with no delays throughout the entire day, even during scheduled maintenance. The eastbound span was closed for roadwork during the overnight hours until early morning and again by 9:42 PM, shifting traffic into a two-way pattern (one lane in each direction) on the westbound span. Daytime maintenance included a westbound right-lane closure from 9:47 AM to 12:47 PM, followed by standard three-lane eastbound operations between 2:47 PM and 5:47 PM without generating backups.
