54 advisoriesPeak EB 30mPeak WB 20m

Heavy morning fog caused reduced visibility until 8:02 AM, but the day's worst delays came during the afternoon. An eastbound crash at 4:53 PM closed the right lane, compounding peak congestion to trigger a 7.5-mile eastbound backup to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard) and peak travel times of 30 minutes. Earlier, a westbound lane closure at 1:58 PM generated a 4.5-mile backup to Exit 41 (Kent Narrows Bridge). Normal operations resumed by 9:17 PM after a brief, late-evening disabled vehicle delay at Exit 31.
