Morning eastbound delays began around 10:52 AM, backing traffic up 2.5 miles to Exit 30 (Whitehall Road) and peaking travel times at 20 minutes before clearing by 12:12 PM. Westbound delays built by 12:37 PM, creating a 2.5-mile backup to Exit 39A (Castle Marina Road) with 15-minute crossings through the mid-afternoon.
